Pursuant to the intimation under Regulation 10(5) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 dated June 12, 2025, Mrs. Pinky Rungta, forming part of the Promoters and Promoter Group, acquired a total of 2,41,600 (6.12%) equity shares of Zenith Fibres Limited (Company) on June 19, 2025, through inter-se transfer among Promoters and Promoter Group entities, as detailed below: A) 2,01,600 (5.11%) equity shares from Alpha Stitch-Art Pvt. Ltd. B) 40,000 (1.01%) equity shares from Alpha Overseas International Pvt. Ltd. 2. In addition to the above, on June 19, 2025, Mrs. Pinky Rungta also acquired 10,000 (0.25%) equity shares of the Company through open market transactions. 3. On the same date, Alpha Overseas International Pvt. Ltd., a Promoter Group entity, sold 10,000 (0.25%) equity shares of the Company through open market transactions. 4. Essare Enterprise Private Limited (PAN: AABCE7057K), a Promoter Group entity holding NIL (0.00%) equity shares of Zenith Fibres Limited, has been struck off from the Register of Companies and dissolved with effect from May 1, 2025. Accordingly, its details have not been included under the Promoter and Promoter Group category in the shareholding pattern for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. |
